Everything was done professionally from the time that I made the appointment. The staff was very courteous on the phone and in person. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. They were opened on the weekend. They discussed in details what all services that I needed. They even helped me see what financial opportunities were available for me if I needed them. I would recommend everyone to them.

I came in as a walk-in, and unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant from the start. The young lady at the front desk was not welcoming and did not seem willing to assist beyond the bare minimum. With today’s technology, most dental offices can verify insurance using a patient’s name and Social Security number. I had to suggest that she look it up that way, as she did not initially offer to try. I spent over an hour trying to locate my insurance information, and it became clear that she was becoming frustrated when I asked questions about why it could not be verified. She eventually stated that my insurance was inactive, which I later confirmed was not accurate. Additionally, the paperwork she provided listed an incorrect address and employer, and there did not seem to be any concern about correcting it. The cleanliness of the office and overall appearance of the location were also disappointing. In any medical environment, cleanliness and professionalism should be a top priority. The front desk staff sets the first impression for patients, and both customer service and presentation matter. Based on this experience, I would not return to this office.

This place is great! All of the workers are nice and made sure I felt okay before and during procedures. Dr. Abboud was amazing and she is very knowledgeable of her work. She made sure that I was fully medicated before dental work was done.

I have been using ASAP dental for over a year. They got me in for an emergency appointment and took care of the problem. I needed a nice doctor that was willing to help me after a situation with a dentist I had been using for over 5 years. They have payment options that worked with my budget and they worked with my availability. They were even understanding and forgiving after I had a panic attack meltdown and they explained everything to me and never made me feel like I was overreacting. I finished the repairs today and it looks beautiful. Thank you ASAP!!
