I had an amazing experience at the Town Center Parkway location! The service is top-notch, but what really makes it special is Alexia. She performs my treatments and she is absolutely wonderful. She is super nice and I love the way she treats me—she makes me feel so comfortable and well cared for every time. Highly recommended!

If you’re traveling for work or pleasure they can typically squeeze you in to a location near you (added bonus if you ask me). The ladies in the office here in Jax are just too adorable! Alex and Iman are the sweetest. They add to the experience by making you feel comfortable and as ease, as if you’re hanging with friends. 10/10 would recommend 🫶🏻

Update: if I could give this place 10 stars I would. I look forward to my Friday afternoon appointments because I feel like I’m going to see friends for a little while. Being in such a vulnerable place, especially being insecure about yourself, it’s important to feel comfortable and the entire staff does a great job making it a safe space. I started my laser hair removal journey a few months ago and it has been great! Not only am I seeing amazing results because this place has the best lasers you can find, but I also feel so so comfortable in the office. Every staff member is friendly, educated, and patient! I leave feeling more beautiful and happy each time! I highly recommend Milan if you’re looking for laser hair removal. It is a game changer. A++ for the staff
