Used a Groupon deal to try out this place. Wow! I've received services along Florida's east coast from Jax to Miami and have to say I am impressed. Friendly and professional staff from start to end of visit. Spa like atmosphere. Before my scheduled IPL procedure I was met by a professional that explained services and packages available which are good value. My IPL procedure was performed by an RN that was highly trained and knowledgeable, and the procedure was the most comfortable I've ever experienced! This place uses the most advanced technology and makes sure staff is trained and proficient before using. Less than 24 hours later and I can already see positive results! Can't wait to go back and try out other services!

The. Best. THE BEST!!! Let me just tell you that I have been going to the same "spa/wellness/laser" place for over 10 years. I went out on a limb and ordered a groupon for RF that took me to laser loft. They treated me better than the place I've been going to for 10 years!!!! The service, the professionalism, the whole package was just a wonderful experience. I ended up also getting a black Friday deal for IPL and I have loved every second of it. The owner, London, really made me feel like they TRULY put people over profit. I can't say enough how great this place is. Good people who own good businesses do still exist. And Laser Loft is proof of this! Thank you Laser Loft!

Man oh man this was an incredible experience from walking into this beautifully decorated space … you can tell a lot of thought was put into the ambiance… it is a perfectly curated relaxing space. Next I was met with a bright welcoming greeting from the front desk lady (apologies I didn’t get names). We chatted like we knew each other catching up and just really great entry … that continued throughout the entire experience. The MA was phenomenal. You couldn’t tell us we weren’t besties. This was a great experience and I can’t wait to be serviced more. I had the laser infrared bed and I got out of it feeling super relaxed. Awesome place 10/10. I overly recommend.
