This was the quickest Dr appointment I’ve ever had! Based on the reviews I was hesitant to do any business here, but upon arrival I was pleased to see a nice waiting room. I was greeted warmly by Tatiana, the front desk staff who showed me where bathroom and snacks were as I was feeling lightheaded. Less than 5 minutes wait and I’m checked into the room and I was discussing with my provider Jackelin Hernandez who was friendly and professional. Got my treatment done in less than 10 minutes.

I had such a wonderful experience at Advantage Dermatology. From check-in to consultation, everything was handled professionally. The staff was pleasant, and the dermatologist took the time to explain my treatment options clearly. What I appreciated most was that they listened to my concerns and tailored the care to my skin needs. The difference is already visible, and I feel more confident than ever. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve had cosmetic treatments at a few places, but this clinic takes the crown. My injector spent a full 30 minutes consulting with me, discussing my vision for a natural, refreshed look. Her technique was gentle and precise. The results are incredible – I look well-rested, like a happier version of myself, not like I've had "work done." The clinic setting itself is beautiful and calming. I've found my go-to expert and have already referred all my friends.

I’ve been coming here for three or four years and I have no idea why I keep coming back. They have never pulled me back with less than a thirty minute wait past my appointment time. They don’t pick up the phone. When I go up front to ask when I’ll be called back, they look at me like I’m an inconvenience. They keep asking me to take a picture for my patient profile even though I’ve told them repeatedly that I won’t. The providers are rude too. When I mention these concerns to the staff, they just say they’re short staffed. They’ve been telling me this every time I’ve been here so they either need to hire more people or treat the people they have better so that they show up.

I've been a patient for many years now. There is an extremely high employee turnover rate. I have never been here and seen the same front desk staff or MAs working. It's always new people. Jackie is wonderful and the only reason I continue to come back here. Today I was told by the MA that I wouldn't be seeing her even though I scheduled my follow-up with her. The wait times to be seen are absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if they are over-scheduling patients or what but nobody wants to wait over an hour for their scheduled appointment. Management needs to fix these issues or I will be finding a new practice for my dermatology needs. The current time is 11:10am. I checked in at 9:30am. My appointment time was at 10am. I am still currently waiting to be seen 😮‍💨
